It from Bit Is Undecidable

Abstract

The digital model of the universe or “It from Bit'' is not decidable. A model of the physical universe encoded by algorithmic means will not compute reality. One unknown domain argued to be outside any computerized model based on current quantum field theory is quantum gravity. Change in axiomatic basis is proposed to address field non-locality in quantum gravity.
